Is my credit card transaction secure?
Here at RhinoandMugsy.co.uk we take security very seriously. Your browser will go straight into secure mode as soon as you click to go into the checkout to enter any of your personal details. This ensures that all details entered are encrypted to help keep them stay secure. Encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect your card details being viewed by anyone else on the internet.

How will I know my order has been received?
An email will be sent confirming your order details. You will receive a further email notifying you when the goods have been dispatched.

How long until I receive my order?
For the UK we aim to have your order with you within 5 working days. Outside of the UK please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although normally items will be with you within 14 days.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time by emailing us at rhinoandmugsy.co.uk with the order number. If the items have already been dispatched please return them to us and we will give you a full refund once we have received the goods. We cannot accept cancellations for t-shirts that have been personalized.

Can I have my company logo printed?
Yes, you can. Please contact us for further information.

Can I return my t-shirt(s)?
Items that are incorrectly supplied can be returned within 14 Days and we will send a replacement or full refund if no replacement is available. However, should you order the wrong size or simply change your mind then we do not accept the return as the item will have been printed especially for you in the size and colour scheme of your choice therefore making it a bespoke item.

Will you print anything onto a t-shirt?
Yes; we will print just about anything!

What about discount on qty?
